Our aim is to offer an excellent service to our customers. So you can shop at home over our website or phone us over the phone 0845 689 0320.


Usually we will dispatch orders the next day.  However if it's important that you receive your silk duvet by a certain date, please email us or call  0845 689 0320 before placing your order and we will do our best to ensure you receive it in time. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Usually our website tells you automatically if we have stock of an item so if it says it's in stock, it is.  However, if for some reason it transpires that the item you have ordered IS out of stock, we will contact you personally.

Delivery to the mainland UK is free. Please contact us for shipment prices outside the mainland UK.


We believe that you will be happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition within 14 days we will give you an exchange or refund. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as Silkwarm cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note Silkwarm will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
